    Managing Director, Founder of the Action Bond Program, J.P. Morgan

    Nkonye Okoh is a Managing Director in JPMorgan’s Commercial and Investment Bank where she is Global Head of Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) distribution for Equity Derivative and Structured Investments Distributor Marketing (SIDM) Sales and is Head of the Americas Pension, Endowment and Foundations (PEFs) Derivatives Business. Prior to these roles  she was  Head of SIDM Sales for Financial Institutions (Private Banks, Wirehouses etc.) in the US and Latin America.

    Through JPMorgan’s Employee Engagement and Volunteerism and Corporate Responsibility programs, Nkonye has worked as a Pro-Bono Consultant for Detroit Parents Network and Women’s World Banking.

    She sits on the Board of Directors for Coney Island Prep Charter School and Business Outreach Center Network. She is a member of the CORE club, Chief and Guggenheim’s Young Collectors Acquisitions Council and  is Co-Chair for Brooklyn Museums Council for African American Art. She was recently named one of The Network Journal’s 25 Influential Black Women in Business for 2020 and a recipient of Crain’s Notable Diverse Leaders in Banking and Finance and Notable Women on Wall Street in 2022.

    Nkonye has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University. Originally from Oakland, California she now resides in Manhattan.
