Managing Director, Global Equity Derivatives Structured Derivatives Sales, US, TD Securities

Chris oversees Sales for the institutional and rate-linked notes businesses in the US for TD, and he also manages the corporate equity derivatives and institutional OTC sales effort.  In his role, Chris also works on launching strategic initiatives across the structured derivatives space, including the firm's Structured GMTN wrapper as well is its expansion into the QIS and Insurance space.

Prior to joining TD 11 years ago, Chris helped build the US structured notes platform at The Bank of Nova Scotia, worked on the Structured Hedge Fund and Structured Notes teams at HSBC, and also spent several years as a lawyer at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.  Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University, as well as a Juris Doctor from The University of Chicago Law School.
