Eric Glicksman is President of IVM Markets, bringing more than 30 years of experience in structured products, derivatives and wealth management. Since joining in September 2024, he has led strategic growth and industry partnerships across registered investment advisers, independent broker-dealers, asset managers, issuers and structured products platforms. He works closely with IVM’s leadership and Board of Directors to advance the firm’s AI-driven capabilities in personalized idea generation, product optimization and risk analysis.

Previously, Eric was Managing Director and founder of UBS Global Wealth Management Americas’ Structured Solutions business. He also led joint business activities and strategic initiatives across UBS Wealth Management and Investment Bank Global Markets in the Americas.

Before UBS, Eric held senior leadership roles at Citigroup, Wachovia Securities and Lehman Brothers, heading businesses and teams across product development, structured products, over-the-counter derivatives, futures, UITs and single-stock risk management. He began his career in equity derivatives structuring and marketing at Merrill Lynch, where he became a Director in the Global Equity Linked Products Group.

Eric has led award-winning product development and sales teams and holds two U.S. patents in derivatives structuring and products. In 2015, he became the first recipient of SRP’s Lifetime Achievement Award in the Americas. In 2022, he received SPi’s Hall of Fame Award in recognition of his leadership and contributions to the structured products industry.

Eric holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and completed his master’s thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
