Deep Gandhi is responsible for shaping the group’s investment ideas and strategically growing the franchise across diverse market environments. His leadership is defined by a disciplined focus on product performance within client portfolios and a strong commitment to risk management.

In his role, Deep oversees the sales and consulting teams dedicated to educating financial advisors and end clients on structured products and their portfolio implementation. These teams drive the business’s commercial efforts, including new product sales, post-sale support, client segment penetration, and new user acquisition. Deep also maintains direct coverage of advisors and clients with complex needs, delivering bespoke solutions tailored to their unique situations.

Deep joined UBS in 2003 and was a founding member of the Structured Solutions business at its inception in 2006/2007. He led the Product Development team through 2023, focusing on derivative market analysis and the structuring of customized notes aligned with specific client objectives. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in building one of the leading structured solutions platforms in the Americas.

Prior to his transition to Structured Solutions in 2007, Deep served as an Options Strategist, where he specialized in designing and executing listed options strategies for client portfolios.
