Michaelangelo leverages his nearly 15 years of investment experience across Portfolio Analyst, Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager roles to lead the Structured Notes team and manage the Structured Note Income Portfolio (“SNIP”) and Structured Note Advisory Portfolio (“SNAP”) of NewEdge Investment Solutions.

Michaelangelo has managed Structured Note focused investment strategies with discretion since 2018 and founded the NewEdge SNAP Strategy in 2022. Michaelangelo’s career experience allowed him to identify key challenges present within the Structured Note space. He used that knowledge to construct managed Solutions that would seek to improve investor outcomes with Structured Notes and make those outcomes more accessible to investors across the country.

Michaelangelo’s upbringing fuels his passion to empower underprivileged youth and provide them opportunities for education and personal growth. He recently finished his term as Chairman of the Board for South Florida After-School All-Stars (a nonprofit organization) after over a decade in several leadership roles on the Board of Directors.

Michaelangelo graduated with a B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He resides in Durham, North Carolina with his wife, daughter, and son
