In this role he leads a team of professionals responsible for the development, origination, execution and delivery of Structured Notes across all Citi Global Wealth segments including Citi Private Bank, Wealth at Work, Citigold and Citi Private Client within the North America Region. Prior to joining Citi in 2020, Vishal spent over 14 years at HSBC Global Markets, where he served as a Director in Structured Products Sales, leading HSBC's product origination and sales efforts to Bank Broker Dealers, Independent Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors. Vishal’s team at HSBC was recognized by Greenwich Associates as Quality and Share Leader in Retail Structured Products market for 10 consecutive years.

Vishal is an alumnus of Rutgers University, having earned a B.S. in Finance with Highest Honors and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. He has proudly completed 3 marathons and is a New York Giants season ticket holder. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and son
